Alright.  So, the idea is that we intend to have a bunch of cool stuff going on at Nerd City’s booth throughout the entire C2E2 weekend (April 16-18).  First and foremost of which will be an amazing lineup of artists doing live art, signings, and selling limited edition merch!  Keep checking back here as we get closer to the event for all of the exciting details.  We are ready, however, to unveil the lineup for Saturday.  Here goes:

Heads up, classic Image fans! This teaser has been floating around the web for a bit, promoting the return of a personal favorite character of mine, Jim Valentino’s original Shadowhawk!  I guess we’ll all have to stay tuned to Image United to see how this plays out.

Wednesday night marked the release of Tim Seeley’s “Colt Noble and the Megalords” from Image Comics. Previously published online right here @ Nerd City, Seeley was cool enough to give us an awesome shout out on the inside front cover (super rad).

In honor of the release, Challengers Comics held a signing and get-together (we brought beer), and all around this was one of the most kick-ass bits of Nerd business yet.

With the success of the first auction to name the hero police officer (brought in almost 8 grand), Mark Millar is now auctioning off the rights to name the main character/villain of the upcoming Nemesis book. Due to a slight delay in the book’s hardcover release, Chicago Comics and Challengers have rescheduled their joint “Strange Tales” party and signing from February 13th to March 6th.
