Capcom has officially announced the long rumored, and pretty damn near confirmed, inclusion of Hakan in Super Street Fighter IV. Hakan is a brand new character created for this game and based off of the below videos, he seems to be a cross between Zangief and Abel. I’m not too sure why they are relying on his gimmick of being oily and what not, but it clearly is a big part of his offense. Super Street Fighter IV will be released on April 27th for PS3 and Xbox 360. For those interested in the iPhoneversion of SFIV, it is now available for download for $10.
