As reported by Kotaku, Rare will have a playable version of the hit N64 game Perfect Dark at the Xbox Gaming Summit in San Fransisco next week. Perfect Dark for Xbox Live has been highly anticiapted by the gaming community ever since it was rumored over a year ago. What will be great about this is the game will run in full 1080p and 60fps, and of course will have online multiplayer. Looks like I can add this to the list of games that would make me want a 360, but that isn’t going to happen anytime soon. Unfortunately, with Microsoft owning Rare and the James Bond rights being held by another company right now there is little hope that we will ever see an updated Goldeneye for the Wii….but one can hope. Below you will see the original N64 screen shot followed by the new screenshots detailing the upgrades to the game.
