Ring of Honor, one of the best wrestling promotions in the US, has cut a television deal that will give them a weekly hour long show on HDNET. For those of you not familiar with ROH, this company helped launch the national careers of AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, CM Punk, Matt Sydal (Evan Bourne in WWE), Homicide, Colt Cabana (Scotty Goldman in WWE) and many other great current TNA and WWE talent. Even with losing those great wrestlers to other companies, ROH still has a fantastic roster in Nigel McGuiness, Bryan Danielson, The Briscoe Bros, Chris Hero, Tyler Black, Austin Aries and numerous others including international stars such as KENTA and Takeshi Morishima. So starting on March 21st at 8pm EST, you will be able to watch their product on HDNET. Hopefully this will help broaden the audience for this great promotion and provide another alternative to what wrestling we get on t.v. at this time. If you are wrestling fan, check out rohwrestling.com and order a few of their DVDs. I recommend any of the Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, and my personal favorite, Generation Next DVDs among pretty much anything else they produce.
