In an attempt to recreate the sense of wonder that these 80’s artifacts gave us as kids, Burden paints images of them at a truly epic scale. This Battle Cat painting, for example, was done on a 48″x102″ canvas. Robert is scheduled to participate in this year’s I Am 8-Bit, which opens tomorrow in Hollywood. Check out Burden’s website here.

Yeah, and it’s pretty cool that he’s selling smaller prints of them in his shop, too (at a fairly reasonably price- for art).
