Patrick Gannon’s Raijin and Fujin; God of Thunder, God of Wind is one of my favorite pieces of art, like, ever. This stylized re-envisioning of Trap-Jaw and Stratos as battling Japanese gods was done for Gallery 1988’s Toys show. The piece, like most of Patrick’s work, is a combination of cut paper and illustration.
